MEMBERSHIP
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF MEMBERS OF THE CLUB
Members of the Amber Baltic Golf Club have the following rights:
- Access to the 18 and 9 hole golf course with no additional fees. However, a tee time reservation must be reserved in the clubhouse office before playing the golf course.
- Receive a Membership card, which is recognised throughout the world.
- Receive a Handicap Certificate upon fulfilling all criteria set by the Polish Golf Union
- Participate in all club tournaments and events, organised for members.
- Opportunity to rent a private locker (with name tag on locker) in the changing rooms.
- Members guests receive a 15% discount off the normal greenfee price (member must be present and play with the guest(s)).
- A 10% reduction for the following year annual fee for up to two and a 20% reduction for three or more new members recommended.
- Special discount for private use of the clubhouse, i.e. meeting's, party's or conference's.
- Name printed on the member board in the clubhouse.
- Each Ordinary (Individual) member has one vote at the Annual General Meeting.
- One person from Supportive (Company and Family) Membership may vote at the Annual General Meeting.
- Supportive (Junior) members may attend the Annual General Meeting, but have no voting rights.
Members of the Amber Baltic Golf Club have the following obligations:
- Follow and abide by the Statues of the Amber Baltic Golf Club.
- Annual fees are due on the 01st of January each year. If the payment is not received by the end of January, an additional charge of 50,-DM will be added to the annual fee for each month the payment is late. If the annual fee is not paid by the end of March, the membership will be cancelled without any repayments. Members can only play on the golf course upon payment of annual fee.
- Follow and abide by the Rules and Etiquette of Golf, issued by the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews.
- Follow and abide by the rules set by the Amber Baltic Golf Club sports committee which is elected at the Annual General Meeting.
- No animals in the clubhouse
- Members caught using driving range balls on the golf course will have their privileges suspended for one month and will have to pay a fee of 40,-DM before their privileges are re-instated.
- Management of the golf course reserve the right to refuse access to the golf course and entrance to the clubhouse if the individuals are not suitable attired.
- Members are not allowed to bring food or beverages onto the golf club property.
